Custodian Lead

Job Description Supervise and assist custodians. Ensure the established standards ofcleanliness are followed. Clean and maintain public areas; i.e. hallways,lobbies, stairways, locker rooms etc. Supervise and assist custodians with daily operations. Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash anddebris. Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical/bio-hazardmaterial. Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum age 18 or 21 (varies by property) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 -2 years of cleaning experience. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, generally theduration of a shift. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/orlicenses as required by local gaming regulations.
