Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Shift Options: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri, 7 AM-3:30 PM | 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM-12 AM or 4:30 PM-1 AM | 3rd Shift, Mon-Thurs, 11:30 PM-7 AM + Sunday, 9:30 PM-7 AM

Overtime Required as needed: OT for 1st Shift + 2nd Shift is on Saturday | OT for 3rd Shift is on Friday

Laminator Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable working around strong adhesive fumes.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and grasp materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Laminator Job Duties:

• Apply adhesive to foam boards and styrene during the lamination process.
• Work as part of a 5-person production team.
• Monitor pressure and alignment for proper bonding.
• Inspect materials for quality and consistency.
• Move materials through the production process.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
