Process Engineer

This role is hands‑on and laboratory‑centered, with a strong emphasis on building the experimental and analytical knowledge base that underpins an exciting, rapidly progressing, and innovative product offering. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline. A Masters degree is highly valued. 37 years of relevant industry experience. Hands‑on laboratory experience with a strong emphasis on safety and experimental execution. Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct experiments safely, with disciplined documentation and traceable data capture. Familiarity with standard analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy, imaging , and related methods. Strong practical troubleshooting skills and comfort working in laboratory and pilot‑plant settings. Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reduction, and visualization tools such as Excel, MATLAB, Python , or similar. Solid, in-depth Chemistry background with practical application experience.
