Compliance Project Manager

Compliance Project ManagerInsight Global is seeking a Compliance Project Manager to support an Investment Banking client in NYC. This individual will manage compliance-focused initiatives that impact key business functions across the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong Financial Services experience, proven success leading compliance-related projects, and the ability to effectively partner with senior stakeholders at the Managing Director level and above. This role requires a highly organized project manager who can drive delivery, gather requirements from business stakeholders, manage project plans, and navigate complex organizational environments while maintaining strong relationships. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end compliance-related projects from initiation through deliveryGather business and technical requirements from stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reportingCoordinate cross-functional teams across Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Business groupsIdentify project risks, dependencies, and remediation plansCommunicate project updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholdersDrive execution and ensure project deliverables are completed on scheduleFacilitate meetings and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle Insight Global
