Your future role at a glance Location: Jacksonville, FL Facility: Ascension St. Vincent's Clay Cardiology Schedule: Full - Time | 8am - 4:30pm | Monday - Friday How you'll make an impact in this role Coordinates and schedules patient medical services and referrals with external healthcare providers. Manages schedule changes and cancellations, ensuring proper approval is obtained. Maintains accurate and up-to-date provider contact information. Ensures all appointment details, special instructions, and patient information are accurately entered into the electronic medical system. Adheres to site-specific protocols and maintains up-to-date documentation for compliance. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional requirements you'll need Medical office experience including insurance and scheduling.
