About Founda Health Founda Health operates a healthcare interoperability platform that lets hospitals, regional networks, clinics, digital health applications, PACS and EHR systems exchange data through open standards — IHE, HL7, FHIR and DICOM. Our mission is to dramatically improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare by commoditizing healthcare data availability. The platform runs on two stacks. XDS, our core for document and image exchange, was acquired from Philips and serves more than 50 customers across the Netherlands, Germany and beyond. The Health Platform with FHIR CDR is our modern API layer. The Netherlands and Germany are our core markets; the UK is a growth market. Founda is headquartered in Amsterdam, works remote-first. About the role As Pre-sales Associate you are the operational heart of Founda's new pre-sales team: you make sure quotations, proposals and tender documents in the Netherlands go out quickly and with high quality, so our sales managers can spend their time with customers and on deals. You report to the Pre-sales Coordinator and work daily with the sales managers in the Netherlands and with the partner team. The role is new. The team goes live in January 2027, and you help shape the way of working. What you will do Your work centres on the volume and quality of proposals, support for tenders and partners, and keeping the sales standard library up to date. Proposals and solution designs: you prepare proposals and quotations for new logos and existing customers in the Netherlands, based on the standard templates. You provide standard content for solution designs; the design itself is created by the solution architects. Tender and bid support: you support tender files with standard texts, attachments and certifications, and make sure everything is complete and on time, with the opportunity to grow into managing tenders in the Netherlands or other markets. Partner business: you support partnerships with proposals, administration and onboarding, in collaboration with the partner managers. Library and templates: you keep the library of standard texts, attachments and templates up to date and proactively suggest improvements based on your daily work. Feedback loop to Product: you help to ensure what Dutch customers and tenders ask for reaches Product in a clear, structured form and does not get lost in individual deals. Demo support: you help prepare demos and manage the demo pool. AI and efficiency: you contribute ideas for the use of AI to improve quality of proposals and apply process automations Peak work: you pick up extra work around quarter close and tender peaks. Proposals and quotations are documented in Hubspot, our single source of truth for customer and deal data. We aim to send proposals within two working days, provided all required input is available. What we are looking for Someone who works accurately and quickly, enjoys structure and feels at home in a commercial team without having to sell themselves. Experience and knowledge Experience in a sales support, back office, proposal, bid management or comparable role Experience with a CRM system, preferably HubSpot Demonstrable AI skills: you use AI efficiently and responsibly in your daily work and approach it with curiosity and a learning mindset Comfortable getting into a complex environment: you are willing to build up knowledge of healthcare B2B and interoperability, and you learn quickly to understand the context Languages Dutch at native level, fluent English German is a plus Skills and behaviour Works accurately and keeps an overview of several files and deadlines at once Handles strongly varying workload, from tender peaks to quieter weeks Proactive: sees what needs to happen without always waiting for instructions Enjoys working with sales and partner managers, a coordinator and colleagues from Product and Marketing Improves standard texts and templates and shares what they learn Wants to grow under the guidance of a coordinator who is building this new team First months Success in this role means sales managers visibly spend less time on quotations and administration, and proposals are delivered quickly and consistently, with high quality standards applied. Individual deal closure is not part of this role. Concrete KPIs will be aligned during the onboarding phase. You are onboarded by the coordinator, who documents the way of working and the standards You get to know our domain, our products, the proposal and solution-design templates, the standard library and HubSpot You take over the first proposals for Dutch customers from the sales managers You support the first tender files with standard texts and attachments You submit improvement proposals for templates and the library #J-18808-Ljbffr
