Our bartenders apply their beverage knowledge and a friendly and enthusiastic approach to provide our guests with a first-class experience.

Bartenders craft and serve drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standards.
Bartenders guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Bartenders have excellent customer service skills, money management skills, and the ability to multitask.
Bartenders have creativity and have a knowledge of all wines, spirits, and beers is key to success in this position.

Required skills and qualifications to be a Bartender with Mad Mex North Hills:

Must be at least 21 years old
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
Basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system

Physical requirements for Bartender with Mad Mex North Hills:

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds

While specific scheduling needs may vary, in general applicants are expected to have availability to work a mix of both weekdays and weekends as well as a mix of daytime and closing (night) shift availability.
