We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and accountable leader to take ownership of our Youth Department. If you love leading teams, creating unforgettable experiences for kids, and building something you’re proud of, this is your role. As the Youth Director, you’ll oversee Kids Club, Summer Camp, and all youth programming. You’re not just managing, you’re building a culture, developing a team, and delivering a consistent, safe, and engaging experience for every family that walks through our doors. What You’ll Be Doing Lead all Kids Club and Summer Camp operations Plan and execute high-energy, structured, and engaging programming Recruit, hire, train, and develop your team Create a safe, organized, and fun environment for kids Build strong relationships with members and families Drive camp enrollment, participation, and retention Lead tours, follow up with families, and support program growth Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily operations Ensure proper supervision and safety standards at all times Handle member concerns and incidents with professionalism What Makes You a Great Fit You love working with kids and leading teams You bring energy, structure, and accountability You’re organized, proactive, and solution oriented You thrive in a fast paced environment You take ownership and follow through Experience: 1 to 2+ years working with children or youth programming Leadership or management experience Camp, sports, or childcare background is a plus What You’ll Get A leadership role with real ownership The opportunity to build and develop your own team A fast paced, team driven environment Performance based bonuses tied to program growth, enrollment, and overall department success The ability to directly impact member experience and retention At Genesis Health Clubs, we don’t just watch kids, we create experiences.
