We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial plumbing systems in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems in a timely and professional manner
• Identify potential plumbing issues to prevent future breakdowns, leaks, and callbacks
• Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, steam, sanitary, and storm piping systems
• Repair or replace pipes, valves, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing components
• Assemble and install pipe sections, tubing, fittings, and fixtures using proper tools and equipment
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and install piping using hand tools, power tools, and pipe fabrication equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, building plans, and plumbing specifications
• Inspect plumbing systems and test for leaks using air and water pressure testing equipment
• Install plumbing fixtures and appliances including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and related equipment
• Install underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems as needed
• Locate and mark pipe routes and openings for plumbing installations
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory in an organized and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members
• Direct and assist apprentices or helpers on job sites when needed
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commercial Plumber required
• Valid plumbing license preferred (or ability to obtain based on local requirements)
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with pipe installation, troubleshooting, and repair
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed
• Comfortable working in varying job site conditions
