Registered Nurse (RN) Surgical Unit-I Full Time Day

Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Unit‑I, Full‑time Day Shift, Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville, NJ. Salary: $47.62 – $56.39 per hour. Responsibilities The RN organizes and administers individualized, age‑specific professional care to patients within the assigned unit, supporting the mission and vision of the medical center. Responsibilities include practicing in accordance with regulatory standards, participating in patient teaching and discharge planning, and engaging in unit performance‑improvement activities. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold an Associate degree in nursing. Obtain ACLS certification within six (6) months of hire. Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred). Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Minimum two (2) years RN experience in Critical Care or Telemetry (preferred). Certifications and Licenses Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement. BLS certification through American Heart Association. Scheduling Requirements Day Shift – 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. Full Time. Every other weekend required; weekday schedule varies by department needs.
