Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Implementation & Continuous Quality Improvement Manager. Essential Functions

• Serves as Statewide Wraparound Implementation and Continuous Quality Improvement Manager
• Oversees fidelity monitoring tools, such as Wraparound Fidelity Index (WFI), Team Observation Measure (TOM), and DCFS practice observations
• Designs and manages CQI processes that integrate fidelity, outcomes, and qualitative data
• Serves as the contract monitor for Wraparound providers
• Provides leadership, guidance, and coordination to strengthen authentic engagement of families, youth, lived experts, and community partners
• Prepares summaries, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a master's degree in social work or a related human services field
• Requires three years of child welfare administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising working knowledge and application of child welfare principles, best practice development, employee coaching, emerging issues, and research
• 4 years of professional experience in a public or private organization conducting strategic planning and/or employee coaching
• 3 years of professional experience in policy development and implementation for a public or private social service organization
• 3 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising knowledge of child welfare related federal and state laws, rules, and regulations

• Requires ability to travel on a frequent basis in the performance of duties. Requires appropriate, valid driver's license
