THE JOB: As a member of the kitchen you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by following the recipes, being mentally present, thinking on your feet, and offering your thoughts and feedback. Every member of the team works to create an environment where everyone feels respected. This isn’t a yelling, screaming, throwing things type kitchen. It’s a professional workplace full of adults that work together to get the job done.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Personable and enjoys working with a diverse team
• Ability to think on your feet and roll with the changes
• Personal interest and enthusiasm for good food and good hospitality
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold

Food Quality Responsibilities

• Complete recipes and tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of products. FIFO!
• Minimize waste and maximize usage of all food products by following recipes and keeping coolers organized.
• Maintain safety and sanitary standards by keeping you, your station, and your kitchen clean and organized.
• Take pride in improving the quality of your work each day.

PAY: Starting at $12/hr + tip pool, higher wage based upon experience
