Bayview Animal Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is looking for a passionate veterinarian to join our growing, close-knit team. We're located just outside Lauderdale-By-The-Sea - a mile from the Atlantic coast - and have been trusted by our community for over 50 years. Our 6,200 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility keeps expanding, with more upgrades on the way. We're 8 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and 30 miles from Miami, so the beach, the city, and the airport are all within easy reach.

• 2-doctor practice (growing to 3) backed by a strong support team: 5 trained support staff and 4 Client Services Representatives
• Full-service medicine: wellness & preventative care, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, labor & delivery, and more
• On-site access to specialty care: Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Urology
• Advanced equipment: digital radiography, CT scan, diagnostic ultrasound, digital dental radiography, therapeutic laser, and more
• Cornerstone PIMS and IDEXX in-house lab
• 4-4.5 day workweek with alternating weekends (8am-1pm) - no on-call, no emergency shifts, and always closed Sundays
• Hands-on professional development through our PetOne Veterinary Training Center

Compensation

• $130k-$155k base salary, DOE
• Quarterly production payout, 21%+
• $20k+ bonus package
