Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay: $20 per hour or $100 per sale commission, whichever is greater | Pay increases after 90 days based on performance

Worxweb Solutions is hiring Medicare Sales Agents for a nationally recognized insurance services provider in Sunrise, FL. This is a full-time, onsite role open to both licensed agents and candidates who do not yet hold a license. If you are unlicensed, the company will actively help you obtain your health insurance license so you can start your career in Medicare sales. Licensing assistance is provided for the right candidate.

You will work inbound calls, help clients navigate Medicare plan options, and enroll them in coverage that fits their needs. Lead volume is unlimited with no cap on available opportunities.

What you will be doing

You will conduct inbound calls with clients seeking Medicare coverage, educate them on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options, guide them through enrollment in compliance with CMS guidelines, build rapport throughout the process, accurately document all client interactions, and consistently meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals.

What we are looking for

Must-haves:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Sunrise, FL full-time during scheduled hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have:

• Prior sales experience in insurance, healthcare, or a customer-facing environment.
• Previous Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement sales experience.

Compensation structure

Base pay: $20 per hour or $100 per sale commission, whichever is greater, paid on every enrollment.

Chargeback policy: 90-day chargeback window applies to all policies. Chargeback forgiveness is available for agents who maintain 95 percent attendance and reach 80 percent initial effectuation.

Lead volume: Unlimited inbound and outbound leads with no cap on daily opportunity.

This structure is designed to reward agents who show up consistently, enroll accurately, and build a retained book of business.
