About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology to play a pivotal role in advancing digital initiatives and ensuring the effective execution of the technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of technology projects, managing key programs and teams, and maintaining strong operational oversight across various technology departments. This includes overseeing the core processing systems, network infrastructure, cloud environments, and end-user support services. The role also involves strategic and program leadership, technology and operations management, and a strong focus on information security and compliance. The VP of Technology will be a key member of the leadership team, providing regular updates on program progress and risks, and will be instrumental in the evaluation and implementation of fintech solutions that align with the organization's goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Technology position at the company should have a proven track record of leadership in enterprise technology operations, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology management. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in a financial services, banking, or credit union environment, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as NCUA and FFIEC. The role demands an individual with strong project and program management capabilities, technical acumen across infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity, and the ability to drive digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives. The VP of Technology will also be responsible for talent development, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the organization's technology and security programs are in compliance with all relevant regulations.
