Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Neuro RehabJoin our Rehab Without Walls team and help adults with neurological injuries regain independence and get back to the activities that matter most to them.What makes this role different:Provide 1:1 patient care in 60-minute treatment sessions — no double bookingDeliver personalized, functional neurological rehabilitation under the direction of a Physical TherapistCollaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on meaningful, patient-centered outcomesWork in an innovative outpatient setting with access to advanced technology and equipmentEnjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidaysBenefit from a supportive team and leadership, clinical independence within your scope, and professional growth and education opportunitiesIf you're a PTA who wants the time and support to focus on quality care and meaningful patient progress, we'd love to meet you!Responsibilities:Assist patients in exercise, ambulation, functional activities, and the application/use of assistive devices in accordance with the treatment plan established by the Physical TherapistAssist Physical Therapist in the collection of outcome measures and completion of complex treatment proceduresEducate patients, families, and other health workers on selected procedures and functional activities as directed by Physical TherapistParticipate in ongoing program evaluation and developmentMaintain thorough and timely documentation of all care providedMaintain working knowledge of and adherence to the APTA Practice Act and Code of EthicsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Degree from a certified physical therapy assistant training programCurrent Physical Therapist Assistant certification and license to practice in state of applicationMinimum of 1 year experience preferred, related to treatment of complex neurological injuriesKnowledge of complex neurologic injury and orthopedic rehabilitation techniquesCurrent CPR certificationSalary Range: USD $31.00 / Hour
