Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting rapport with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders, developing tailored treatment plans to address individual client needs.

• Lead therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other modalities.

• Monitor patient progress regularly and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on clinical assessments and feedback.

• Engage in collaborative care by referring clients to additional specialists or support services as needed.

• Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
