We are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals with genuine empathy and patience to join our team as Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) at Celina Health Care Center.
Our Resident Care Assistants play an important role in creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents. We are looking for team members who take pride in providing quality care, treating every resident with dignity and respect, and working collaboratively with their fellow caregivers.

We are currently seeking Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Ensure proper hygiene practices are consistently followed
Monitor and record vital signs; report significant changes to nursing staff
Support patient mobility, including safe transfers from beds to wheelchairs
Serve meals to patients
Assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and effective communication
Engage with patients, providing empathetic and individualized support
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
