Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and overall well-being
Maintain compliance with skilled nursing facility regulations and therapy department standards

Required Qualifications

Active COTA licensure in the state of Florida (or eligibility)
Current NBCOT certification
Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Familiarity with SNF documentation and billing requirements
