Job Description

As a Security Officer Bicycle Mobility Patrol Driver in Venice CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location you will conduct highly visible bicycle patrols monitor assigned areas help to deter incidents and provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. This driving position requires a valid drivers license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas parking areas building exteriors and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activities throughout the property reporting suspicious conditions maintenance concerns and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be able to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
