CTL AFH is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers or CNAs to provide respectful, person-centered care to our residents.

This position requires remaining at the home for 50 consecutive hours, consisting of 34 scheduled working hours and two scheduled 8-hour sleep periods.

Applicants must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, a personally owned vehicle, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Provide companionship and support residents with daily routines.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, comfortable home.
• Accompany residents to appointments and provide transportation or run errands as needed.
• Follow each resident’s care plan and communicate changes or concerns to management.
• Respect residents’ dignity, privacy, personal choices, and belongings.
• Complete other assigned duties related to resident care.

Available Schedules

Saturday 8:00AM through Monday at 10:00AM Caregiver: $730 per week

CNA: $820 per week

Benefits

Paid time off is available after 60 days of employment, in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Personally owned, insured vehicle and willingness to provide transportation as required.
• Successful completion of the required background check.
• Current CNA certification for applicants seeking the CNA position.
• Ability to provide care with patience, dignity, and respect.
• Ability to adapt to residents’ individual needs and home environments.
• Clear, respectful communication and a professional demeanor.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to fulfill the full scheduled stay.
