Job Description

Join one of the nation’s largest residential construction companies as a Senior Real Estate LegalCounsel, where you’ll play a critical role in driving strategic land acquisitions and real estate transactions that fuel the organization's growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Transactions: Draft and negotiate complex real estate deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, title and survey reviews, construction agreements, and land use/zoning matters.
• Advise & Influence: Provide expert guidance to internal teams on real estate legal issues and risk management.
• Manage Partnerships: Oversee outside counsel relationships, ensuring cost efficiency and quality service.
• Optimize Processes: Implement repeatable, controlled processes for transactional work.
• Stay Agile: Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to new challenges with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and precedents.
• 8-12 years of real estate transaction law experience.
