Quality Assurance Inspector

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to help ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards, every time. What You'll Actually Be Doing Owning Quality at Every Step – Inspect incoming materials, in-process builds, and finished products before they ship, ensuring sheet metal, hardware, and electronics meet specifications. Catching Issues & Driving Solutions – Document and flag problems, and help drive corrective and preventive actions as part of the root cause process. Working Across the Team – Collaborate closely with engineering and production to solve issues quickly, and serve as the go‑to for customer‑related quality matters. Tracking Performance and Improving It – Enter and analyze data, monitor trends, and assist in establishing baseline quality metrics. Holding the Standard (and Raising It) – Support training, onboard new team members, and set the tone for what “Winston quality” looks like on the floor. What We're Looking For A sharp eye for detail, especially cosmetic and dimensional defects. 3–5 years of quality inspection experience. Ability to read and interpret drawings, including GD&T. Strong working knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Comfort working with data and using it to drive decisions. Confidence to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams. Experience with CMM, laser measurement, or AutoCAD is a plus.
