Technician

QUALIFICATIONS Mechanical background and aptitude preferred. Able to read and understand drawings and bills of material. Meticulous to detail. General math aptitude required. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Able to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Basic computer skills or ability to learn required. High school diploma or equivalent. Must have strong career‑driven aspirations. Responsible, organized, detail‑oriented and conscientious team player. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Focus on Din Rail Assembly, Push Button Assembly, Rail Cutting and other basic assemblies. Assemble electrical/electronic parts from drawings and bills of material. Modify sheet metal products using hand tools and other light‑duty equipment. Pull, assemble, package and box orders. Maintain established delivery schedules. Maintain established quality standards. General maintenance work as required. Assist with engraving and inventory control as needed. Assist with enclosure modifications and other jobs as needed. WORK HOURS Typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours may vary as business needs change. Overtime is mandatory when required. PAY RANGE $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
