Assured Quality Systems provides quality services to our clients such as Containment Rapid Response, Onsite Management, Liaison Support, and 3rd Party Sorting. Must be able to start immediately! Work Environment: Work environments vary by industry and establishment size; some inspectors examine similar products for an entire shift, while others examine a variety of items. Must be able to stand, bend, and lift at least 30 lbs. for the entire duration of your shift. Safety vest and other required PPE are required to be worn throughout the shift. LOCATION: Lansing, MI SHIFTS: 1ST SHIFT: 6:30 AM -2:30 PM (or end of Production) Monday-Saturday $16.50 per hour. 2nd SHIFT: 2:30 PM -10: 30 PM (or end of Production) Monday-Saturday $16.50 per hour. Paid biweekly.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL SHIFT.
Must have reliable transportation. Requirements: Quality Control Inspectors typically do the following: Visually or physically inspect parts to see if they meet customer specifications and record the information. Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards. Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process. Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced. Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers. Operate electronic inspection equipment and software. Accept or reject finished items. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
