Logistics Clerk (Imports and Exports) Needed Immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management: Accurately enter and process data for the issuance of import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and customs-related paperwork.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized electronic and physical files for all shipments to ensure regulatory compliance and easy retrieval.
Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry into our internal systems and spreadsheets.
Correspondence: Communicate with internal teams and external logistics partners regarding shipment status and documentation requirements.
Office Operations: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word) to generate reports, track logs, and manage shipping documentation.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export administration is a strong plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with strong data entry skills and a high level of accuracy.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling complex international shipping documents.
Professionalism: Ability to work effectively in an office environment, managing time efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Note: This is an administrative position located in the office. It is not a warehouse shipping or receiving role.

Pay Rate: $19.00 an hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
