About The Role The role owns core people operations, managing HRIS data, onboarding workflows, and internal tooling to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle. The People Operations Specialist partners closely with talent acquisition, finance, and managers to keep people systems accurate, compliant, and scalable. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows for all employees Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate routine headcount and compliance reports Administer benefits, payroll inputs, and leaves of absence in coordination with finance Resolve employee inquiries regarding HR policies, tools, and benefits programs Support internal people programs, performance review cycles, and employee engagement surveys Maintain documentation for internal processes and update employee handbooks as needed What We Are Looking For 2-4 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or talent administration Hands-on experience with modern HRIS and payroll platforms such as Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Solid understanding of standard employment compliance and regulatory practices Bonus: Experience supporting remote teams or scaling a growing tech workforce #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
