Job Description • Assist experienced personnel with bending, routing, and running conduit (EMT, etc.). • Assist lead BAS technicians and electricians with pulling cable, mounting control panels, and running conduit. • Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently on active job sites. • Help organize, stage, and inventory equipment, materials, and supplies. • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations. • Represent the company professionally while working in sensitive government environments. Skills and Requirements • Physical & Environmental: Ability to work overhead and perform physical tasks in various site conditions. • Age & Citizenship: Must be at least 21 years of age and a U.S. citizen (required for government facility security clearances and access). • Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Background: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check (no felonies). • Must be able to pass drug screen. • Travel Commitment: Must be willing to travel extensively, including deployment schedules lasting up to 6 weeks at a time. • Basic working knowledge and safe operation of hand tools and cordless power tools. • Previous experience in construction, electrical work, or mechanical trades is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic will be considered. • Ability to read basic project drawings (panels, pathways, and BAS controls) is a strong advantage.
