Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist will assist the firm with effective day-to-day human resources operations. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and supporting HR initiatives, policies, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, and employment laws. Duties include but are not limited to: Serves as an HR resource for employee relations and development. Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department Facilitates and implements performance management for staff in cooperation with attorneys. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files, records and documentation Entering employee data into computer database O'Hagan Meyer participates in E-Verify. Ability to function well in high-paced and at times stressful environment. Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ year of demonstrated hiring in the legal or professional services industry is a plus.
