The team is committed to helping newer veterinarians grow with confidence. Responsibilities Perform spays, neuters, and basic dentistry from day one Provide primary medical care for all patient cases Participate in surgical cases, including complex procedures, with mentorship support Collaborate with technicians, assistants, and fellow physicians to ensure efficient workflow Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with clients Qualifications 5+ years of veterinary experience or new graduate with eagerness to learn Strong surgical and dental skills a plus; willingness to expand in these areas Confidence navigating complex cases Generosity with knowledge; natural mentor who lifts up the team Strong communication skills and client‑first mindset Collaborative approach and commitment to a positive, supportive culture Location: Torrance, California Beach access within minutes; one hour to ski slopes or desert; outdoor recreation – hiking, golf, cycling; vibrant food, nightlife, music scene; easy access to Los Angeles, Long Beach, and surrounding communities.
