eBilling Specialist

Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a contract eBilling Specialist to help clear a backlog of electronic billing while ensuring invoices are submitted accurately and in compliance with client billing guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven legal billing environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Key Responsibilities: Review, process, and submit a backlog of electronic invoices through client eBilling portals. Research and resolve invoice rejections, reductions, and billing discrepancies. Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and vendor portal requirements. Collaborate with attorneys and billing teams to obtain corrections and approvals. Monitor invoice status and follow through to successful submission. Qualifications: 2+ years of legal eBilling experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Experience with Legal Tracker, CounselLink, BillingPoint, Tymetrix, eBillingHub, Aderant, Elite, or similar platforms.
