Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Senior .NET Software Engineer to join a growing technology team. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned engineer with strong expertise in .NET Core, React, and AWS Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams, driving technical decisions, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to start as a contractor and transition to a full-time employee after approximately six months based on performance and business needs.


*Qualifications*

* 7+ years of hands-on *.*NET development experience
* Strong experience developing applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
* Experience building modern front-end applications with React.js
* Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions within AWS Cloud
* Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
* Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
* Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices preferred
* Experience with Docker and containerization technologies preferred
* Knowledge of serverless architectures and AWS services such as:
* Lambda
* ECS/EKS
* API Gateway
* S3
* RDS
* CloudWatch

*Responsibilities*

* Serve as a hands-on technical leader while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and solution design.
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, React, and AWS.
* Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and best practices.
* Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
* Establish and enforce coding standards, development practices, and quality assurance processes.
* Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership during critical initiatives.
* Support cloud modernization efforts and AWS adoption strategies.
