Sr. Manager, Operations

Senior Manager of Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific will lead manufacturing, planning, and support functions at the Oakwood Village site. Responsibilities
- Oversee production operations and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
- Develop and lead effective teams across manufacturing, planning, and support functions
- Implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects for operational excellence
- Manage regulatory compliance, audits, and capital projects while optimizing costs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance performance metrics and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years operations management in regulated pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing
- Expertise in cGMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems
- 2+ years leading organizational change and team development
- Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of supply chain management
