Senior Program Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Program Manager to support our federal client in Norfolk, VA. This candidate will have a minimum of nine years of experience in program management supporting large DoW or USN contracts. This candidate will have experience supporting contracts that supersede a minimum of $10 million, preferably projects that exceed $20 - $25 million. This role will also have capture responsibilities, and travel will be required in order to attend networking events, conferences, and other events deemed necessary to attend by the company. This is a fully-onsite opportunity, and the hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; additional hours will be required based on project workload. The salary ranges between $ 130k and $ 170k and is flexible based on years of experience and project-specific experience.

Required Skills & Experience

9 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree
Exceptionally knowledgeable of EVM processes and systems.
Previous program management experience within the DoW or NAVSEA.
Background as a program manager and supply chain process
Ability to speak through the pre- and post-award process.
Scheduling, pricing, reporting, work proposals, scheduling customer touchpoints, etc.
