Job Title: Part-Time Evening Janitorial Supervisor
Location: Nashville, TN (Home Base)
Pay: $19.00 per hour

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with others, leading by example, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train new employees to complete tasks within established timeframes
• Perform regular inspections to ensure quality and efficiency of all cleaning tasks
• Step in to cover shifts when employees are unavailable
• Deliver cleaning supplies to various job sites as needed to keep teams fully equipped
• Operate equipment such as a leaf blower when required
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management

Qualifications:

• High energy with strong attention to detail
• Prior supervisory or janitorial experience preferred
• Experience using a leaf blower required
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Willingness to travel occasionally (Nashville will serve as home base)
• Ability to pass a background check
