Germany Market Manager

- Responsible for brand construction and the integration of the company's products and services for the German market, aligning with the company's brand positioning, brand value, and system;
- In charge of matching group requirements, delivering annual key integrated marketing campaigns for the German region, managing and executing to serve the annual regional brand and marketing goals;
- Responsible for identifying, developing, establishing, and maintaining key marketing collaboration resources for the leading brands in the region, which includes but is not limited to leading media, exhibitions, industry associations, KOL opinion leaders, and community groups;
- Fully responsible for the management and daily operations of social media, KOLs, PR, offline activities, and content teams in the German region, developing clear strategies and phased objectives, empowering the team, and driving them to achieve goals;
- Based on the company's business and brand strategy, accurately identify and position user groups, effectively utilise content marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing, facilitate collaboration across departments, and contribute to the enhancement of regional brand presence and the success of key marketing projects.
