Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our healthcare team for weekend AM and PM visits on Saturday and Sundays. The ideal candidate will be a team player, providing exceptional nursing care to our patients while collaborating effectively with the rest of the nursing team. Responsibilities Patient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients during AM and PM visits, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided and any changes in patient condition. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and continuous care for patients. Compassionate Support: Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, ensuring their comfort and understanding of care plans. Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
