As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Love's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in leading the staff, managing processes, and executing strategies to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized facility by managing equipment and ensuring compliance with food safety procedures. Drive product and service sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation. Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, including task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting. Work collaboratively with the team to prepare and package customer orders efficiently to exceed service expectations. Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities and drive improvements. Assist the Restaurant Manager in talent acquisition efforts. Qualifications Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience. Minimum of 1 year of operational management with annual sales exceeding $1 million. Experience in budgeting and analyzing P&L statements for at least 1 year. Experience in supervising and training a team of 5‑10 employees for at least 1 year. Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check, with potential additional screenings. Skills and Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong customer service abilities with a talent for building positive relationships and enhancing sales. Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills. Proficient in navigating various computer programs and technology tools for daily operations.
