License/Certs: Active WA or IMLC license, DEA required, BC board certification

Experience: Experienced Neurosurgery NP or PA, preferred first assist background

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient neurosurgical clinical care and occasional weekend call coverage
• Round on patients in the mornings
• Be on beeper call during assigned weekend shifts
• Collaborate with neurosurgical teams and support staff
• Assist in patient management, documentation, and care coordination
• Support the surgical team as a first assist (preferred but not required)
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols

What You Need

• Current license to practice in Washington or IMLC
• DEA certification
• BC (Board Certified) in relevant specialty
• Proven experience working in neurosurgery, ideally in an inpatient setting
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling
