Manager-IT Product

Overview The IT Product Manager is responsible for leading the IT product team and facilitating cross functional teams to support product delivery and system operations using industry best practices, guiding solution design that aligns with the IT strategic roadmap, and delivering value to business stakeholders. The Product Manager owns the product life cycle for the IT product managing the resource allocation and backlog prioritization, and closely partnering with the Product Owner and business stakeholders providing insight, feedback, and strategic recommendations regarding product performance, quality, and utilization capability. Provides servant leadership to an agile team by educating and coaching team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiencies, delivering incremental customer value, and embracing continuous improvement. This position will be part of the Information Technology team. Responsibilities Utilizes deep understanding of the business stakeholder's needs to develop new feature requests, schedules release timelines and manages sprints appropriately.Partners with product owners to create products to address customer needs.Oversees IT product throughout the entire product life cycleManages the backlog to align with product roadmapManages testing to detect and fix issues to make necessary improvementsChampions the product and advocates for the product team membersAllocates resources to appropriate sprint to achieve work packagesManages the health and performance of the team and the productTracks and reports product performanceCollaborates with cross-functional teams to understand integration and resources across productsPerforms marketplaces research, metrics, and analytics to evaluate product performanceLead, coach, and develop a team of diverse IT professionals and building cross-functional partnerships across the business.
