RRT Position

Years of experience required: 2. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend requirement: Every third. Certifications required: BCLS, RRT. Is on-call required? Yes. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes. Locals accepted: No. Local radius rule: 75 miles. Pending license accepted: Yes. RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days. Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the contractor personnel is assigned. Special requirements: Epic experience. Airway management devices/suctioning required: Endotracheal tube/suctioning, Extubation, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oropharyngeal/suctioning, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy/suctioning. Medication administration required: Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Inhaled Flolan, Inhaled steroids, Lidocaine, Nitric Oxide (INo), Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Xopenex. Medication delivery systems: Aerosol set up mask, Aerosol set up trach, Metered dose inhaler. Nebulizer required: Hand held, T-piece, Trach collar, Ultrasonic. Oxygen therapy required: High flow nasal cannula (HFNC). Ventilator management: BiPAP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation. ABG interpretation required.
