Inventory Clerk

Key Room Coordinator Location: Mahwah, NJ Pay: $21.00 per hour Schedule: 100% Onsite Assignment Length: Minimum 3 Months Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Key Room Coordinator to support daily key management and order fulfillment activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, is highly organized, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities: Process and fulfill key orders accurately and efficiently Assist with key duplication and preparation of keys for distribution Stock, organize, and maintain key inventory Perform routine cycle counts and ensure records remain accurate Track incoming and outgoing keys and maintain documentation Keep the key room organized, secure, and operating efficiently Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed Communicate with team members regarding order status and inventory needs Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Basic computer skills Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented Previous stockroom, order processing, inventory, or administrative experience is a plus This is a fully onsite opportunity in Mahwah offering a stable assignment and immediate impact within a busy operational environment.
