About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager (PlayerCoach) to lead B2B sales efforts in the Jonesboro / Northeast Arkansas market.

This is a high-impact, quota-carrying leadership role, combining:

• Direct new business development
• Territory management
• Coaching and mentoring a small sales team

You'll play a critical role in driving revenue, developing talent, and expanding Datamax's presence in the region.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive new business development within assigned territory
• Sell office technology solutions including:
• Copiers & printers
• Document management
• Network management
• VoIP & unified communications
• Build strong relationships with business clients
• Identify opportunities and deliver customized solutions

Leadership (PlayerCoach)

• Manage and mentor a team of up to 2 sales representatives
• Support team development, performance, and goal achievement
• Lead by example through personal production and accountability

Account Growth & Customer Success

• Maintain and grow existing accounts
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Partner with internal teams to deliver results

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• 1+ year of sales leadership or team management experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to independently manage a sales territory
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
