What You'll Do

• Provide specialized CVOR nursing care for surgical patients in a busy OR environment
• Assist with patient assessments and pre/post-operative care
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Follow unit protocols and safety standards during procedures
• Document clinical care accurately and timely
• Support emergency response teams during unforeseen events
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety procedures

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for compact license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of OR or CVOR experience
• Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular operating room nursing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with emergency team assignments if needed
