Pay: $2074.40 weekly


Shifts: Days - 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (4, 10-hour rotating shifts)

This role focuses on coordinating and implementing patient care specific to post-operative recovery, ensuring high-quality service is delivered efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

• Obtain and record initial assessment, establish priorities by patient age, symptoms, and needs
• Re-assess patients systematically, identifying progress and trends for intervention
• Develop and implement a measurable individualized plan of care within the established timeframe
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on patient outcomes, modifying care plans accordingly
• Participate in patient/significant other health education and discharge planning
• Implement and document timely interventions based on patient needs
• Evaluate the plan of care and perform various Point of Care testing procedures

Requirements of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification required
• Experience with EPIC EMR system required
