What: The Controller will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control related to foundation and construction projects. When: This is an immediate hire for a full‑time, permanent position. Where: The role is based in Union City, with work tied to an active foundation construction project. Why: This position is open due to company growth and the need for strong financial leadership to support expanding project operations. Office Environment: This role operates in a hybrid environment with time split between the office and project sites. Salary: Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 plus bonus and benefits. Position Overview: The Controller will play a critical role in managing financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision‑making across construction projects.
