Activities as a Field Sales Manager Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market. Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates and Leadership. Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays. Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market, visiting retailers on a weekly schedule. Guide consumers with the latest product information when making a purchase decision. Coordinate group trainings and execute them. Work closely with store associates and management to build relationships. Attend bi‑annual meetings for training and enrichment with the client partner.
