With offices in Deerfield Beach, FL, and Pembroke Pines, FL, and remote agents across the country, we specialize in Medicare Advantage Plans, Hospital Indemnity Plans, and Home Healthcare Plans. Our focus allows us to provide an elite level of guidance for our clients while also generating a consistent flow of leads for our agents.

Responsibilities :

• Provide expert guidance to clients on Medicare Advantage plan benefits
• Assist clients with enrolling in the best Medicare plans to meet their healthcare needs.
• Handle live transfer calls and inbound leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with the support of our qualified lead generation system.
• Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Utilize our CRM software to track and manage client interactions.

• Pass background checks from our insurance carrier partners.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Be motivated to learn and take coaching for personal and professional development.
• Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping seniors.
• Goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
