Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:Flywire is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager II to join our high-growth B2B vertical. In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic and technical lead on complex client implementations ensuring that our mid-market and enterprise clients see value from our platform fast.You’ll be hands-on with system integrations, data mapping, testing, payment workflows, and client training owning end-to-end implementation while influencing how we continue to scale. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about payments, software, and building great client experiences and wants to take the lead on some of Flywire’s most important B2B accounts.Key Responsibilities:Own the full implementation lifecycle for assigned B2B clients, from kickoff to post-go-live handoffServe as the primary client contact for onboarding, providing technical guidance and project leadershipConfigure and test the Flywire platform to support each client’s invoicing, payment, and reconciliation workflowsLead integrations with client systems including NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and custom ERP/CRM platformsMap data fields across systems and troubleshoot issues related to file formatting, syncing, tokenization, or payment routingConduct sandbox testing and validation, escalating blockers where neededDeliver training, documentation, and consultative support to ensure clients are fully equipped to use the platform post-launchCollaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment and continuity throughout the client lifecycle QualificationsHere's What We're Looking For:BA/BS degree5+ years of proven experience in payments implementation, financial technology, or related fields.A background working for a SaaS based company (preferred)Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills:APIs, SFTP, webhooks, JSON and SQLERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Familiarity with payment gateways and tokenization concepts a strong plusWorking knowledge of Netsuite, Salesforce and other software development methodologiesStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Strong communicator: comfortable presenting to client leadership, writing documentation, and translating requirements across teamsIn-depth knowledge of payment processing systems and integration methods.Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationWhat We Offer:Competitive compensationEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Competitive time off, including Digital Disconnect and FlyBetter Days to volunteer in a cause you believe in.Work with brilliant people globally Learn more about their journeys by checking out #InsideFlywire on social mediaWellbeing Programs (Mental Health, Wellness, Yoga/Pilates/HIIT Classes) with Global FlyMates Be a meaningful part in our success - every FlyMate makes an impactGreat Talent & Development Programs (Managers Taking Flight – for new or aspiring managers, OneFlywire Career Mobility)Submit today and get started!We are excited to get to know you! Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
