Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time

MLR is partnering with a premier 5-Star Physical Therapy center to find an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team.

Responsibilities of a Physical Therapist:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide educational support to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and customized home exercise programs.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications of a Physical Therapist:

• Possession of a valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Completion of accredited Physical Therapy program, holding a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in the field.
• Proficiency in Epic software preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in OASIS documentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
